Shipping Policy:

By requesting shipment of any merchandise the consignee agrees to all of the following conditions. No wine will be
delivered to visibly intoxicated persons and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be either held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.

We are committed to the timely delivery of your order. Most items are packed and begin transit to the delivery address within 24 business hours.

We attempt to ship all wine orders at the beginning of each week. If the shipping method you select will not be able to arrive to the destination during the same week of the order, we reserve the right to hold your shipment. We can not control the storage conditions in our carriers warehouse and do not want your wine orders sitting in their warehouse over the weekend. Your orders are stored in our Temperature Controlled Cellar until they are shipped out. We strongly discourage Ground delivery unless you live in California or are a bordering state. If temperatures are extreme, we may hold your wine order for a period of time until ideal conditions for shipping arise. During the summer and winter months, there are period of times that we only ship via Air Delivery. When you invest in fine wine, Ground delivery is not recommended.

If, for any reason, your order will not leave the warehouse in the time frame posted you will receive an e-mail or phone call from our customer service department describing the cause of the delay and be given a new projected shipping date. If this new time table is not acceptable you will have the ability to immediately cancel the order.

Returns:

It is illegal for retailers to take wine back which is not spoiled. We do take returns on wines which are obviously corked or flawed. In these cases, winery credit will be given towards additional purchases. If you feel your wine is flawed, it needs to be returned as soon as possible for evaluation. We do not honor returns on wines which have been improperly stored, mistreated or have been out of our storage longer than 60 days.

In addition, each state imposes limitations on the amount of wine any particular adult state resident may receive by direct shipment from our website, please consult the specific state requirements for your state. Please note that all orders must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years, and that a signature and verification of age will be required upon receipt of your wine. It is a crime to intentionally misrepresent your age or that of the gift recipient; and if you do so, we will fully cooperate in any prosecution.
